This project involved the manufacturing of a stainless steel liquid cooling connector used in AI server thermal management systems, where heat dissipation efficiency and sealing reliability are critical to system performance.

Longwang utilized high-precision CNC turning centers to machine the complex cylindrical structure in a single setup, ensuring concentricity and tight dimensional control across multiple sealing surfaces and threaded interfaces.

The part required extremely high sealing accuracy to prevent coolant leakage during continuous high-pressure operation inside AI data centers. Precision threading and surface finishing were applied to ensure stable assembly with quick-connect fittings and tubing systems.

Stainless steel 316L was selected for its excellent corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and long service life in liquid cooling environments. Each component underwent strict inspection including dimensional measurement, thread gauge testing, and pressure sealing validation.

This case demonstrates Longwang’s capability in producing high-precision thermal management components for next-generation AI computing infrastructure, supporting customers in data center cooling, server systems, and advanced electronics applications
